Vexyen Licence Policy (Regular & Extended)

This Licence Policy (“Policy”) explains how you may use the digital products you purchase from Vexyen and the difference between ourRegular LicenceandExtended Licence. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any product from our website, you agree to follow this Policy along with any product-specific terms shown on the product page. If any product includes a separate licence file or additional rules, those product-specific rules applyin additionto this Policy. If there is a conflict, the product-specific rules will control for that product.

1) Definitions

For clarity, the following words have specific meanings in this Policy.“Product”means any digital item sold or provided on our website (for example: templates, design assets, UI kits, source files, code snippets, scripts, themes, icons, graphics, documents, audio, video, or other downloadable digital content).“Project”means a single distinct end use where the Product is applied to create one end result (for example: one website, one app, one YouTube video package, one brand identity package, one client delivery, one single game build, one poster series for one brand campaign, etc.).“End Product”means the final output you create using the Product (such as a published website, a delivered client design, a compiled application, a printed poster, or a finished video).“Source Files”means the editable or original form of the Product (PSD/AI/Figma files, raw code, templates, layered files, project files, and anything that allows extraction or reuse of the Product).“You” / “Customer”means the person or business purchasing or using the Product.“Extended Licence”means the licence that permits using the same Product in multiple Projects (as described below).“Regular Licence”means the licence that permits using the Product in a single Project (as described below).“UPI”refers to Unified Payments Interface; Vexyen supportsUPI-only paymentvia common UPI apps.

2) General Licence Grant (applies to both Regular and Extended)

When you purchase a Product, you receive alimited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licenceto use that Product under the terms of the licence type you bought (Regular or Extended). “Non-exclusive” means we can licence the same Product to other customers. “Non-transferable” means you may not give, sell, gift, or assign your licence to another person or business without our written permission. You may use the Product for personal or commercial purposesonlyas allowed by your licence type and this Policy. All Products are provided as digital goods; delivery is typically by download or access through your account / purchase page.

3) Ownership & Intellectual Property

All Products remain the intellectual property of Vexyen and/or the original creators/licensors (where applicable). Buying a Product doesnotmean you own the copyright or trademarks in the Product. You only receive usage rights (a licence). You must not claim the Product itself as your own original work, resell it as a standalone asset, or distribute it in a way that lets others extract the Product or use it as a substitute for purchasing it from Vexyen.

4) Regular Licence (Single-Project Licence)

ARegular Licenceallows you to use the Product inone (1) Projectonly. This means you can createone End Productor one defined delivery using the Product. Examples of “one Project” include:

One website for your own brand (one domain/property) using a purchased theme/template.

One mobile app UI using a purchased UI kit for one app.

One client website delivery using a purchased design component pack, where the client receives the End Product, not the Source Files.

One marketing campaign set (treated as one Project) for one brand if it results in one cohesive End Product package.

With a Regular Licence, you may:

Modify the Product to fit your Project (edit colors, layout, typography, code, etc.).

Combine the Product with your own work and other assets.

Publish, display, and distribute theEnd Productto the public or to a client, as long as the public/client cannot extract the original Product or Source Files.

With a Regular Licence, you maynot:

Use the same Product in a second Project (example: using the same template for a different website or a different client).

Repackage or redistribute the Product (free or paid), even if modified, as a standalone item or “download pack.”

Provide the Source Files to your client or to any third party unless the Product page explicitly permits it.

Put the Product (or any portion of it) into a library, marketplace, stock collection, repository, or “download area” where others can access it.

If you need to use the same Product in multiple Projects, you must purchase anExtended Licence.

5) Extended Licence (Multi-Project Licence)

AnExtended Licenceallows you to use the same Product inmultiple Projects. This is designed for customers who build multiple websites, apps, client deliveries, or repeated commercial work and want expanded usage rights. Under an Extended Licence, you may use the Product across multiple distinct Projects, including multiple client projects, provided you still follow the restrictions in this Policy (especially the restrictions against redistribution and source sharing).

With an Extended Licence, you may:

Use the Product in multiple Projects (example: multiple client websites, multiple apps, multiple brand deliveries).

Modify the Product differently for each Project.

Create and distribute End Products for each Project to the public or to clients, as long as the Product is not extractable in its original form.

With an Extended Licence, you maynot(important):

Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Product itself, even if edited or improved.

Upload Source Files to any public or private marketplace or group where others can download and reuse the Product.

Allow others to use the Product as a competing resource (example: offering it as a “freebie,” placing it in a “members download vault,” or bundling it as a resellable add-on).

Create a “product whose main value is the Product” (example: turning a template into a template pack for sale).

Key concept:Extended Licence expands the number of Projects you can use the Product in—but it doesnotturn the Product into something you can resell or distribute as a raw asset.

6) What Counts as “Multiple Projects” (Practical Examples)

To avoid confusion, here are common examples:

Example A (Regular Licence OK):You buy one website template and use it for one website for your own business. ✅
Example B (Needs Extended Licence):You buy one website template and use it for three different client websites. ❌ under Regular, ✅ under Extended.
Example C (Not allowed under any licence):You buy an icon pack and upload the icon pack (or a slightly modified version) to a Telegram group or your own site for others to download. ❌
Example D (Extended Licence OK):You buy a UI kit and use components in multiple apps you build. ✅
Example E (Not allowed):You buy code snippets and publish the raw snippet library as your own paid “snippet pack.” ❌
Example F (Usually OK):You buy a graphic asset and include it in a flattened poster design delivered to a client where the client cannot extract the asset. ✅ (licence type depends on number of Projects)

If you are uncertain whether something is “one Project” or “multiple Projects,” a safe rule is:each distinct client delivery or distinct end product is a Project. If you plan to reuse the same Product again for another end product, choose Extended.

7) Permitted Modifications & Derivative Works

You may customize Products to suit your needs. You may change colors, typography, spacing, icons, images, code structure, and layouts. You may combine Products with other content. However, modification does not remove our ownership. A modified Product is still based on the original and remains subject to this Policy. You may not claim that a modified version is fully original in a way that implies you can resell or distribute it as a standalone asset.

8) Distribution Rules (End Products vs Source Files)

You may distributeEnd Productscreated using the Product, but you may not distribute the Product as Source Files or in a form where extraction is reasonably possible. This is one of the most important rules in this Policy.

Allowed distribution:compiled apps, flattened images, exported PDFs, rendered videos, deployed websites, or final client deliverables where the Product is integrated and not easily separable.

Not allowed distribution:layered design files, raw templates, original asset packs, editable code template files sold as a product, or any “downloadable resources” section that contains the Product or obvious portions of it.

If you are delivering work to a client, you should deliver the End Product and your own work product—not the Product’s Source Files—unless the Product page explicitly grants permission for source transfer.

9) Seat/Team Use (Internal Users)

Unless a product page states otherwise, licences are intended for use by you or your business team working under your direct control. You may allow employees/contractors to access the Productonlyas needed to produce your Projects and only if they agree to follow this Policy. You must ensure the Product is not shared outside your organization or given to unrelated third parties. If you are an agency working for multiple clients, Extended Licence is recommended because it covers multiple Projects; however, you still must not “hand over” the raw Product library to each client.

10) Prohibited Uses (Applies to All Licence Types)

You must not:

Resell, redistribute, or reupload the Product (even if modified).

Share the Product on forums, groups, cloud drives, Git repositories, marketplaces, or file-sharing services.

Use the Product to create a competing library, pack, marketplace listing, or subscription downloads.

Remove copyright notices or embedded licence references where they exist (unless the Product page allows removal).

Use the Product in any unlawful, defamatory, harmful, or misleading way.

Use the Product in a way that violates another person’s rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.).

Claim ownership of the Product itself or register it as your trademark/copyright.

11) Payment & Purchase Notes (UPI Only)

Vexyen supportsUPI payment only. You may pay using any compatible UPI payment app. Once payment is confirmed, you receive access to the Product according to your purchase method (download link, account delivery, or other access method). You are responsible for keeping your purchase confirmation and account details secure. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately via the email/contact page on our website.

12) Support & Updates (Licence-Linked)

Some Products may include a support period or update access period (as described on the product page). Support typically covers reasonable assistance for installation or basic usage questions; it does not include custom development, major customization, or third-party system troubleshooting unless explicitly included. If support is time-limited, you will only receive support during the valid support period connected to your purchase. Updates, if provided, may be offered to active/support-valid customers or as specified on the product page.

13) Licence Verification & Misuse

We may investigate suspected misuse (such as redistribution or unauthorized sharing). If we reasonably believe a Product is being used in violation of this Policy, we may suspend access, revoke licences, or refuse service, to the extent allowed by law. If your licence is revoked due to misuse, you must stop using the Product and delete all copies you control.

14) Termination of Licence

Your licence remains valid as long as you comply with this Policy. If you violate any term, your licence terminates automatically. On termination, you must immediately stop using the Product, remove it from ongoing Projects where feasible, and delete all copies of the Product (including backups), except where the law requires retention of records.
