Vexyen is a digital products marketplace operated under the brand name “Vexyen,” providing users with access to downloadable digital goods, premium plans, and licensed digital resources through a secure and controlled online platform, and by accessing, browsing, registering, or purchasing any product or service from the Vexyen website, the user expressly agrees to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Use, which govern all interactions, transactions, and usage of the platform, including but not limited to payments, refunds, exchanges, licenses, account conduct, customer support interactions, and enforcement actions; Vexyen primarily supports payments through the Unified Payments Interface (UPI), enabling customers to complete transactions in a manner designed to be simple, efficient, safe, and secure, and all payments made through supported UPI applications are considered final at the time of successful transaction confirmation, subject only to the refund and exchange conditions explicitly stated herein; Vexyen sells digital products only, and as such, all products are delivered electronically to the customer’s registered account or designated download area upon successful payment, and users acknowledge that digital goods are inherently non-returnable once accessed or delivered, except where refund or exchange eligibility is determined solely under Vexyen’s internal review and policy framework; Vexyen offers a limited refund policy under which customers may submit a refund request within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the reported issue is deemed valid, suitable, and verifiable within the Vexyen system, and such suitability determination is made exclusively by the Vexyen team based on technical review, licensing compliance, and usage verification, and users expressly understand and agree that approved refunds are not issued as cash withdrawals, bank transfers, or UPI reversals, but instead are provided strictly in the form of store value or credit that must be used to purchase another Vexyen product of the same price or lower, and no partial withdrawals, monetary refunds, or external transfers are permitted under any circumstances; in cases where a refund request is submitted after the initial seven (7) day refund window but within ten (10) calendar days from the date of purchase, the user acknowledges that monetary refunds are no longer available and that Vexyen will, at its discretion, offer an exchange of the purchased product for another eligible product, provided that the reported issue is legitimate and substantiated, and if the issue is classified as legal, compliance-related, or licensing-based in nature, Vexyen may proceed with an exchange even beyond the standard refund window, and where an exchange is not technically or commercially possible, Vexyen reserves the right to issue store credit instead, with the understanding that under no condition will funds be returned directly to the user’s bank account or UPI application; users acknowledge that the maximum combined period for refund or exchange consideration is ten (10) days from the original purchase date, after which all transactions are considered closed and final, and no claims will be entertained; all digital products sold on Vexyen are protected by licensing terms, and unless explicitly stated otherwise, products are licensed for limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable use by the purchasing account only, and users are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, sharing, reverse engineering, modifying, or using any Vexyen product beyond the scope of the granted license, including but not limited to unauthorized commercial resale, public distribution, or use without an appropriate extended or premium license; premium plans or extended licenses offered by Vexyen allow broader usage rights strictly as described at the time of purchase, and any use exceeding those stated rights constitutes a material breach of these Terms; users are required to maintain respectful, lawful, and professional conduct when interacting with Vexyen’s customer support team, community channels, or representatives, and any form of misbehavior, harassment, abuse, threats, misleading claims, coercion, repeated false refund requests, or attempts to manipulate support staff will be treated as a serious violation of these Terms; Vexyen maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward misuse of its platform, products, licenses, or support services, and if any user is found to be engaging in unauthorized resale, fraudulent activity, license violations, payment abuse, policy circumvention, or any activity that harms Vexyen, its customers, or its reputation, Vexyen reserves the absolute right to suspend or permanently ban the user’s account without prior notice, explanation, or warning; in the event of an account ban, the user acknowledges and agrees that access to all purchased products, licenses, downloads, stored data, wallet balances, and associated services may be immediately revoked, and Vexyen shall bear no liability for any resulting loss, interruption, or damage; users further understand that in cases of permanent account deletion initiated by Vexyen due to severe violations, all account data and purchased content may be irreversibly deleted and cannot be recovered under any circumstances, and users will not be entitled to refunds, exchanges, or compensation following such deletion; if an account is banned but not deleted, the user may contact Vexyen customer support to request a review or reinstatement, however reinstatement is not guaranteed and remains entirely at the discretion of the Vexyen team based on internal investigation outcomes, and if an account is permanently deleted, the user’s sole option is to create a new account, subject to approval and compliance with these Terms, and Vexyen reserves the right to reject new registrations from users previously banned for serious violations; Vexyen makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform security through SSL encryption and other technical safeguards, but users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account, and Vexyen shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence; all content, trademarks, branding, platform design, and intellectual property associated with Vexyen remain the exclusive property of Vexyen, and no rights are granted to users except as expressly stated; Vexyen reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform, products, pricing, licensing terms, refund rules, or these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; these Terms of Use shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, and any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the Vexyen platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction determined by Vexyen, and by using the Vexyen website and services, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by all provisions stated in this Terms of Use policy in full.
