By purchasing any digital product from the Vexyen website, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full. Because Vexyen deals exclusively in digital products that are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, our refund and exchange rules are designed to balance customer protection with the prevention of misuse, fraud, or unauthorized redistribution of digital content. All refund and exchange requests are evaluated carefully to ensure fairness, legality, and compliance with our internal policies.
Vexyen allows customers to apply for a refund within seven days from the original date of purchase, provided that the request is submitted through the customer’s registered Vexyen account and is supported by a valid, reasonable, and verifiable problem related to the purchased product. Refund eligibility during this seven-day period depends on whether the reported issue is suitable, genuine, and directly attributable to the product as delivered by Vexyen. Suitable problems may include technical defects that prevent the product from functioning as described, corrupted or incomplete files, incorrect product delivery, or major compatibility issues that were not disclosed in the product description. The customer must provide accurate details of the issue, including screenshots, error messages, or other supporting information if requested by the Vexyen support team. Simply changing one’s mind, lack of technical knowledge, or failure to read product descriptions carefully does not automatically qualify as a suitable problem for a refund.
When a refund request is approved within the initial seven-day period, the refund is not processed as a cash withdrawal or a bank transfer. Instead, the refunded amount is credited exclusively within the Vexyen platform and must be used to purchase another digital product of the same price value. Customers should clearly understand and accept that no refund under any circumstance will be sent back to a bank account, UPI ID, wallet, or any external payment method. The refund credit is strictly non-withdrawable, non-transferable, and non-convertible to cash. The refunded amount can only be applied toward the purchase of a new digital product available on Vexyen, ensuring that the value remains within the platform ecosystem. By proceeding with a purchase, the customer expressly agrees to this condition and waives any claim to receive refunded money directly outside the Vexyen system.
If a customer submits a refund request after the completion of seven days from the purchase date, Vexyen will no longer offer a standard refund. Instead, during this period, which extends up to ten days from the original purchase date, the customer may be eligible only for a product exchange. An exchange means that the originally purchased digital product may be replaced with another product of similar type and value, subject to availability and approval by Vexyen. The purpose of this extended exchange window is to provide limited post-purchase support while still maintaining the integrity of digital product distribution. Exchange requests made after seven days must still be based on a valid issue related to the original product and must be submitted through the customer’s Vexyen account with sufficient explanation and evidence where applicable.
In cases where the reported problem is legal in nature, such as copyright conflicts, licensing discrepancies, or compliance-related concerns, Vexyen reserves the right to prioritize an exchange over a refund. Legal problems are assessed carefully to determine whether the issue arises from the product itself or from improper use by the customer. If a legal issue is confirmed and an exchange is possible, Vexyen will provide an alternative product that resolves the concern. If an exchange is not possible due to product availability or the nature of the legal issue, Vexyen may approve a refund in the form of platform credit, even if the request falls beyond the initial seven-day refund period, provided it is still within the total ten-day window. This approach ensures that customers are not unfairly disadvantaged while also protecting Vexyen from misuse of legal claims.
The total refund and exchange eligibility period on Vexyen is strictly limited to ten days from the original purchase date. This means that customers have up to seven days to request a refund in the form of Vexyen credit and up to ten days to request either a refund credit or an exchange, depending on the nature of the issue and its suitability. Once ten days have passed, no refund, exchange, replacement, or credit of any kind will be provided under any circumstances. This time limitation is necessary due to the digital nature of the products sold, which can be accessed, downloaded, and potentially copied immediately after purchase. Customers are therefore strongly encouraged to review their purchased products promptly and report any issues as soon as they are discovered.
Vexyen does not provide refunds or exchanges for issues caused by customer negligence, unauthorized modifications, third-party interference, unsupported software or hardware environments, or failure to follow usage instructions provided with the product. Additionally, refunds or exchanges will not be granted if it is determined that the product has been used extensively, redistributed, resold, or shared in violation of the product’s licensing terms. Any attempt to exploit the refund system, including false claims, repeated refund requests, or misuse of refunded credits, may result in account suspension, termination, or permanent restriction from future purchases on Vexyen.
