Vexyen Premium Plan Policy governs the terms, conditions, limitations, and permitted usage applicable to all customers, developers, agencies, resellers, and other users who choose to purchase, access, download, use, distribute, or resell digital products made available under the Vexyen Premium Plan, and by purchasing or using any Premium Plan product from the Vexyen website, the user expressly acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be legally bound by this policy in its entirety, as well as all other applicable policies, terms of service, licensing terms, and legal notices published on the Vexyen website, whether currently in effect or updated in the future, and Vexyen operates exclusively as a digital products marketplace designed to help customers easily, safely, and securely purchase downloadable digital goods using the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) payment system, and therefore Vexyen supports only UPI-based payment methods, including but not limited to commonly used UPI applications, and no alternative payment options such as cash, cards, net banking outside UPI, or third-party escrow systems are supported, and all transactions conducted through the Vexyen platform are considered final once successfully completed via UPI, subject to the specific limitations described in this Premium Plan Policy, and the Vexyen Premium Plan is specifically designed for professional users, developers, freelancers, studios, agencies, and resellers who require expanded usage rights beyond standard personal or single-project licenses, and the Premium Plan provides an extended license that allows the purchaser to use the purchased digital product across multiple projects, clients, or commercial implementations, subject to compliance with the license scope defined by Vexyen, and this extended license is a core benefit of the Premium Plan and is intended to support professional workflows, scalability, and commercial reuse, including the lawful resale of end products or derivative works created using the Premium Plan digital products, and where explicitly stated, the Premium Plan license may allow resale, redistribution, or commercial deployment of the product or product-based outputs, provided that such resale or redistribution complies strictly with Vexyen’s licensing terms, does not involve illegal activities, does not misrepresent ownership of the original product, and does not violate intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, or applicable laws, and the user understands that purchasing a Premium Plan product does not transfer ownership of the original intellectual property unless explicitly stated, but rather grants a license to use the product under defined conditions, and all Premium Plan products are delivered digitally and are made available for download after successful payment confirmation, and since digital products are intangible and instantly accessible, the user acknowledges that there is no physical delivery and that access is deemed granted once the download or access link is provided, and therefore, except where required by applicable law, Vexyen does not provide refunds, exchanges, replacements, or reversals for Premium Plan products under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, lack of technical knowledge, incompatibility with the user’s system, project cancellation, client rejection, or any misunderstanding of product features, and specifically, Vexyen does not support product-related queries, defect claims, bug reports, customization requests, refund requests, or exchange requests for Premium Plan products, and the user is solely responsible for reviewing all available product descriptions, previews, documentation, licensing details, and compatibility information prior to purchasing a Premium Plan product, and by completing the purchase, the user confirms that they have conducted adequate due diligence and accept the product in its current form, and Vexyen makes no guarantees that Premium Plan products will meet the specific requirements of any individual project, client, software environment, framework, hosting provider, or third-party service, and all Premium Plan products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, performance, uptime, or compatibility, and while Vexyen takes reasonable measures to ensure platform security, safe transactions, SSL encryption, and general data protection, Vexyen does not guarantee that files will be error-free, uninterrupted, or immune from future compatibility changes caused by updates to operating systems, browsers, frameworks, libraries, or external dependencies, and the user acknowledges that technical skills may be required to use Premium Plan products effectively and that Vexyen is not responsible for providing training, installation assistance, configuration support, debugging, or integration help unless such support is explicitly included as part of a separately defined and active support package, and where a support package exists, it applies only for the specified duration and scope and does not override the no-refund and no-exchange policy applicable to Premium Plan products, and users who are developers, resellers, or agencies intending to download multiple products, resell products, or use products across multiple commercial projects are expressly required to purchase the Premium Plan and may not rely on standard licenses for such activities, and any attempt to bypass licensing restrictions, misuse products, share files without authorization, resell products without a valid extended license, or otherwise violate this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without notice and without refund, and Vexyen reserves the right to monitor usage patterns, enforce license compliance, and take legal or technical action in cases of abuse, fraud, unauthorized distribution, or violation of intellectual property rights, and the user further agrees that Vexyen shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use Premium Plan products, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, client disputes, reputational harm, or project delays, even if Vexyen has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and the maximum liability of Vexyen, to the extent permitted by law, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific Premium Plan product giving rise to the claim, and Vexyen reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or discontinue any Premium Plan product, feature, pricing, or license terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of Premium Plan products after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, and users are responsible for periodically reviewing this policy to remain informed of their obligations, and all communications related to the Vexyen Premium Plan, including general inquiries, account-related questions, or administrative matters, may be initiated through the contact page or email address provided on the Vexyen website, however, contacting Vexyen does not create any obligation for Vexyen to provide technical support, refunds, exchanges, or product modifications for Premium Plan products, and any advice or response provided by Vexyen shall not be construed as a waiver of this policy or as a guarantee of future support, and this Premium Plan Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and any disputes arising from or relating to the Premium Plan, licensing, payments, or product usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts, and if any provision of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and by purchasing, downloading, or using any Premium Plan product from Vexyen, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Premium Plan Policy in full, that they accept all limitations and responsibilities described herein, and that they acknowledge the professional and commercial nature of the Premium Plan and the absence of refunds, exchanges, or product-related support for Premium Plan products, and this policy constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Vexyen with respect to Premium Plan products.
